Why KoraBridge

Your GPS, tracking and medical vendors each keep their own silo. KoraBridge pulls them into one place that belongs to you, and keeps it current.

Sessions, medical records and match tracking land as tables in the warehouse your analysts already use, on a schedule you set. No more stitching vendor exports together by hand.

How it works

Set it up once. It keeps running.

Connect your vendors and your warehouse, then choose the data and when it runs. Every connection is tested before anything moves.

  1. Step 1

    Connect your vendors

Enter the access details each vendor gives you, such as a Catapult API token or a Kitman Labs client ID and secret. KoraBridge tests each connection before saving it and encrypts the details under your club's own key.

  2. Step 2

    Choose your warehouse

Point KoraBridge at your PostgreSQL, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery or S3. A test load proves it can write there before any pipeline runs. On S3 you can grant an IAM role instead, so no keys are stored.

  3. Step 3

Pick the data and the timing

Tick the data sets you want from each vendor. High volume tracking data is opt in, so a first sync stays quick. Runs follow a schedule, as often as hourly, or start when you press Run now.

  4. Step 4

    Land and check

Each pipeline writes to its own dataset in your warehouse, and a rerun updates rows instead of duplicating them. Run history shows the rows loaded per table, and a failed run emails your staff.

Every pipeline and every run, on one screen.

Staff see what landed overnight, what is running now and what needs a look.

A failed run shows up here with the reason, before the morning meeting.

Built for data you are responsible for.

Straight answers to the questions your medical and legal staff will ask.

Where does our data end up?

In the warehouse or bucket your club already owns, in your account and your region. KoraBridge moves it there and keeps very little.

  • Logins, locked
  • Schedules
  • Sync bookmarks

Who can see our medical data?

Your staff, in your own warehouse. KoraBridge shows whether a sync ran and how many rows it moved, never the records themselves.

What KoraBridge sees: the count, not the content.

Will the numbers match what the vendor shows?

Yes. Data lands as the vendor sends it, not reshaped, and every run records how many rows it moved, so your totals check against the vendor's own.

What if we stop using KoraBridge?

Nothing to export and nothing left behind. Here is what happens when you leave.

  1. We close your account
  2. Your club's key is destroyed
  3. Your stored logins become unreadable
  4. Your data stays in your warehouse
