What this website collects, and why.

This notice covers kora-bridge.com, the public website. The KoraBridge product at app.kora-bridge.com is covered by your club's agreement with us.

Who we are

The website is run by legal entity name, registered number and address ("KoraBridge", "we"). Contact us about privacy at hello@kora-bridge.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

• your name, work email and club or organisation
• the platform you would like to pilot, if you choose one
• your message, if you write one

To stop abuse of the form, our server also holds your IP address for up to one hour to count how many messages it has sent. It is not stored with your enquiry.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so loading this site sends nothing to third parties.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about working together. We never sell it and never add you to a mailing list. Legal basis, for example legitimate interests under UK and EU GDPR, and POPIA if it applies

Who sees it

• The KoraBridge team, who read and answer enquiries.
• OVHcloud, which hosts our servers in London, United Kingdom.
• Resend, which delivers the notification email that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived. Confirm where Resend processes data and the transfer safeguard

The "Book a call" button opens Google Calendar's booking page. That page is run by Google under Google's own privacy policy, and Google only sees you if you click it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for retention period, for example 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a customer, what we need to work together moves under your club's agreement.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@kora-bridge.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection regulator. Name the lead regulator, for example the ICO in the UK
